BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 19. Türkiye increased exports of ready-made clothing to Kazakhstan by 71.4 percent ($225 million) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
Exports of ready-made clothing from Türkiye to Kazakhstan increased by 35.1 percent and amounted to $32.4 million in July 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
From January through July 2023, Turkiye exported $11.5 billion worth of ready-made clothing, a seven percent drop from the same time last year.
In July of this year, Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $1.6 billion, which is 3.9 percent less than July of the previous year.
To recap, from July 2022 to July 2023, Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $20.3 billion.
