BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 22. A fire in oil refinery in the Nizami district of Baku has been extinguished, a source in Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations told Trend.
According to the source, the forces of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Special Risk Rescue Service were immediately brought to the scene.
The fire was shortly extinguished thanks to the prompt intervention of fire departments, added the source.
