Iran releases currency exchange rates for October 23

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on October 23, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 40 currencies increased and 4 decreased compared to October 22.

As for CBI, $1 equals 445,881 rials and one euro is 481,387 rials, while on October 22, one euro was 480,914 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 544,038 rials and $1 costs 503,440 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 529,220 rials, and the price of $1 totals 489,728 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 664,000–667,000 rials, while one euro is about 703,000–706,000 rials.
