BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 28. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on appointment of Afghan Isayev as Vice-President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Trend reports.
According to the decree, Isayev was appointed SOCAR Vice-President.
