BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 25. New powers were granted to "Azeristiliktajhizat" OJSC, the nation's sole provider of heating services, at a recent meeting of the Tariff (Price) Council of Azerbaijan, Trend reports citing the Tariff Council.
By Resolution No. 197 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 3, 2024, tariffs for heat supply services to non-domestic consumers were excluded from state regulation.
Tariffs for these services will be established based on contracts with "Azeristiliktajhizat" OJSC. Consequently, Decision No. 4 of the Council dated November 24, 2011, was adapted to align with this new directive.
