BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 8. The Azerbaijani parliament's session has ratified another international document, Trend reports.
The session discussed the draft law of Azerbaijan, "On approval of amendments to the agreement on the establishment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development."
The discussion followed with the document's put-up for vote and approval.
To note, the agreement on the establishment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Azerbaijan was reached in 1992. The country became the bank's member in 1992, which marked the beginning of cooperation between the country and the bank aimed at supporting economic development and reform initiatives.
