Fixed capital investments in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan slightly increase in 10M2021

Some 869.785 million manats ($551.8 million) were allocated to fixed assets from all financial sources for the development of the socio-economic sphere of Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) in 10M2021, Trend reports citing the report of the State Statistics Committee of the NAR.

According to the committee, the mentioned figure is 1.2 percent, or 10.44 million manats ($6.1 million) more than the same period last year, amounting to 859.345 million manats ($505.6 million).

It is reported that 94.7 percent of investments or 824.112 million manats ($479 million) in fixed assets fell on construction and installation work.

It is noted that the GDP of the NAR increased by 1.3 percent compared to the same period last year and reached almost 2.356 billion manats ($1.4 billion).
