BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 8. The average cost per square meter of apartments in Baku's primary housing in October 2022 increased by 2.27 percent in comparison with the previous month and by 21.03 compared to the last year, CEO of Azerbaijan’s MBA (Marketing Business Analysis) Group Consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"In October 2022 the price per square meter in the primary housing market of the capital totaled 1,623 manat ($950) against 1,587 manat ($930) in September 2022 and 1,341 manat ($790) in October 2021. The total volume of offers in the primary housing market of Baku in October 2022 increased by 4.79 percent compared to the previous month and by 12.76 percent – on annual basis - to 919," he said.
