ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, April 11. A delegation from Turkmenistan, led by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Hojamyrat Geldimyradov, participated in the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2025), Trend reports, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The forum featured several thematic sessions, offering participants a platform to discuss key issues in international cooperation.

In his speech during the session on “Cooperation, Digitalization, and Development,” Hojamyrat Geldimyradov emphasized that, through the consistent implementation of a foreign policy based on the principles of positive neutrality and receiving widespread support from the international community, Turkmenistan is making a significant contribution to strengthening constructive international cooperation for the sake of global well-being and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Geldimyradov also highlighted that, at Turkmenistan’s initiative, the United Nations General Assembly declared 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust," a milestone recognizing the country’s dedication to fostering global peace and sustainable development.

Furthermore, the head of the Turkmen delegation emphasized key initiatives spearheaded by Turkmenistan, including the establishment of the Global Atlas of Sustainable Transport Connectivity, the creation of the Alliance for Global Energy Security and Sustainable Development, and the development of a Global Framework Program for the Transition to a Circular Economy. These efforts reflect Turkmenistan’s commitment to promoting a more sustainable and interconnected world.
