BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, January 27. Representatives of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund and the Glass Center Kyrgyz-Uzbek joint venture had a heart-to-heart about a project to set up a factory in the Chuy region of Kyrgyzstan, aimed at producing double-glazed windows, doors, and facades crafted from aluminum profiles, Trend reports.
During the negotiations, the sides discussed the nitty-gritty of the project, including optimizing the financing structure.
Agreements were reached to strengthen future cooperation and establish clear paths for successful project execution. The meeting was conducted in a constructive and productive atmosphere, laying a solid foundation for continued collaboration.
In 2024, the industrial enterprises of Kyrgyzstan generated a total output of 585.3 billion soms (approximately $6.6 billion); the production increased by 5.5 percent compared to 2023. Kyrgyzstan launched 102 industrial enterprises in 2024 as part of the 100 Industrial Enterprises – 2024 initiative.
