BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 27. New recruits welcomed into the Combined Arms Army under the relevant order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan receive continuous support, with a keen eye on easing their transition, and this process is handled with care, ensuring that substantial focus is placed on their training, Trend reports via the country's Ministry of Defense.
"Following re-examination by a military medical commission at the designated medical point, conscripts are provided with seasonal military uniforms and other necessary supplies.
In accordance with the program, conscripts are given classes on drill and physical training as well as combat training.
For this purpose, classes are held on charter training, military legislation, military discipline rules, safety rules, as well as drill, physical, and fire training.
Additionally, to prioritize the health of young soldiers and ensure proper nutrition in accordance with established standards, all necessary measures are implemented in the soldiers' canteens, in full compliance with sanitary and hygienic rules.
Events are also organized to facilitate the effective management of cultural and recreational activities of military personnel," the ministry statement said.
