BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. The "e-su" portal was officially presented to improve access to water supply services in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.

The event aimed to inform entrepreneurs and stakeholders about the "Connection to Water Supply Network" initiative outlined in the 2024 roadmap for enhancements in this area, linked to the "Utilities (Water Supply)" indicator of the World Bank's "Business Ready" project.

A guide was unveiled to the public, business associations, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders supported by the State Agency for Water Resources and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) on October 23.

The guide outlines recent updates and new regulations related to water supply connections. The event also included a video presentation and an introduction to the enhanced "e-su" website.

After the presentation, discussions took place to tackle potential challenges in the connection processes, allowing journalists to pose their questions.
