BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. Comprehensive project documentation is being prepared for the reconstruction of the railway in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Chairperson of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Rovshan Rustamov told the media, Trend reports.
He emphasized that the construction of the railway towards Horadiz-Aghband is progressing rapidly.
