AZENCO Sinaq ve Keyfiyyete Nezaret has passed registration in Azerbaijan via the "single window" process, the Azerbaijani Tax Ministry said today.
Its authorized capital is 5,000 manat. Official representative of the company is Teymur Abdulgedirov, founder of the AZENCO Group. AZENCO Sinaq və Keyfiyyete Nezaret passed state registration on April 9.
The activity of AZENCO enterprises is to build power facilities, buildings, installations and to conduct overhaul and cosmetic repair. Azenco company is today one of the largest construction companies in Azerbaijan.
The official exchange rate is 0,786 AZN/USD on May 3.
