The 2025 edition of the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, regarded as one of the most reliable and esteemed university ranking systems worldwide, has released its latest results.
Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has successfully maintained its position as the leading university in Azerbaijan. Competing among over 32,000 higher education institutions from more than 200 countries, UNEC has achieved significant progress, advancing 120 positions in the global rankings to secure the 2,840th spot. Harvard University continues to lead the rankings globally.
