BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. There is a need to establish strategic cooperation mechanisms to support development and prosperity within the shared geography, said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Trend reports.
Today, in his speech at the second trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Trade, Economy and Transportation of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan, Fidan emphasized that the current international system fails to ensure justice, peace, and stability.
"We are going through a difficult period with growing global challenges. However, by maintaining our solidarity as the Turkic world, we are working on addressing the existing problems. We strive for peace, stability, and prosperity in our region," the minister added.
Today, the second trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan was held in the Turkish capital, Ankara.
