BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan have discussed the advancement of digital transformation, marking a significant step in their trilateral cooperation, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said in a post on his X page, Trend reports.
"Together with our colleagues, we had the pleasure of attending the second trilateral meeting of the Foreign, Trade/Economy, and Transport/Infrastructure Ministers of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan in Ankara. Our discussions centered on strengthening #economic cooperation, expanding mutual trade, fostering private sector involvement in new investment projects, and advancing digital transformation. We also outlined the next steps to further enhance our joint efforts," the post reads.
The meeting's agenda centered on expanding collaboration in foreign policy and regional cooperation, economy, trade and investment, as well as transport and telecommunications.
Notably, the first meeting in this format took place on August 2, 2022, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
