BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, January 29. Russia and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to intensify their cooperation within the framework of the industrial working group and the intergovernmental commission, Trend reports.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, the decision was made during a meeting between Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov, and Russia’s trade representative in Kyrgyzstan, Aynur Samanov.
The parties also outlined plans for joint events in 2025 aimed at expanding trade and economic ties, as well as strengthening industrial cooperation.
During the talks, key issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation and strengthening industrial collaboration between the two countries were discussed, including projects implemented within the framework of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF).
The sides expressed confidence that joint projects would serve as the foundation for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation, creating new jobs and introducing advanced technologies across various sectors of the economy.
