BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 16. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan strive to develop relations in the energy and transport areas, the Kazakh Ambassador Serzhan Abdikarimov said at a press conference on the upcoming presidential election in Kazakhstan, Trend reports.
"The expansion of the capacity of the Trans-Caspian corridor, the development of fiber-optic communication along the bottom of the Caspian Sea, the so-called ‘digital Silk Road’, as well as the expansion of cooperation in the oil sector are among the main priorities in cooperation between our countries," Abdikarimov noted.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have achieved significant results in economic relations and have great potential for their further expansion.
