BERLIN, Germany, April 26. Every person returning to their native land thanks our Army, said President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a joint press conference with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz, Trend reports.
“Only three and a half years have passed since the end of the war, but 6,000 former IDPs have already returned to their ancestral lands, and this process continues. By the end of this year, 20,000 formerly displaced persons will return home, and every person returns there with a sense of gratitude to the Azerbaijani Army and the leadership of Azerbaijan and prays for God's mercy on our fallen martyrs. This is a nationwide issue for us. Just as the liberation of our lands was a nationwide issue, so is the restoration of our lands today,” said President Ilham Aliyev.
