Azerbaijan’s dairy producer, Atena company, will produce two new types of cheese in the coming months, Marketing Manager of the company Orkhan Aliyev told Trend.
“The matter rests in the production of well-known brands of 'Mozzarella' and 'Gouda' cheeses,” he said.
"Presently, the company is closely engaged in the development of these types of cheeses and will soon supply new products to the domestic market,” Aliyev said. “The latest foreign technologies have been applied in the production of cheese."
The manager stressed that the company is able to increase production up to 50 percent by the end of this year.
"The company plans to export several types of products to the markets of neighboring countries in the region from 2020," Aliyev said.
The production plant of Atena company is located in Aghjabadi district. The company has its own farm and a land plot.
