Another nominee from the second Nizami (Ganja) electoral district has called back her candidature. The nominee Arifa Abbasova retrieved her candidature on April 12, the electoral district told Trend.
She has called back her candidature in favor of Asaf Hadjiyev, district` s chairman, Ibrahim Jafarov told Trend. Her application has been accepted.
13 candidates are now competing for mandates from the second Nizami (Ganja) electoral district # 38. Besides, 110 observers have been registered in the district and their registration still goes on.
