BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, April 26. The chairman of the board of directors changed at Manas International Airport OJSC, which operates all airports in Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports.

"Today, on April 25, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Manas International Airport took place. According to the voting results, Talant Zhamanakov left the board of directors. He previously held the position of chairman of the board," the company announced.

Renat Tuleberdiev has been elected as the new chairman. Since 2019, Tuleberdiev has held the position of chairman of the board of directors of the National Management Company.

In addition, during the voting, the director general of the company, Manas Samidinov was re-elected to this position.

Manas International Airport OJSC serves as the operator for all airports in Kyrgyzstan. The list includes 11 airports in Kyrgyzstan: 5 international and 6 regional. The international airports are "Manas", "Osh", "Issyk-Kul", "Karakol", and "Batken". The rest are regional airports serving domestic air routes: "Jalal-Abad", "Isfana", "Karavan", "Kazarman", "Naryn", and "Talas".
