Atena LLC, Azerbaijan’s dairy company located in Agjabadi district, will develop a new production line of dairy products, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, it’s about the development of new types of milk cream.
“These products are in great demand in the domestic market, and to meet the deand, the company’s technologists will develop two more varieties of this type of dairy products. It will take two to three months and then the process of introducing two types of milk cream into production will begin. Primary volumes will not be large. They are intended for domestic sale. But in the medium term, the company plans to export the products abroad,” said the source.
Since the beginning of 2020, the volume of production of dairy products has increased by 20 percent compared to the last years' indicators.
“It is planned to increase production volume of milk and its products by 40 percent until the end of 2020. Over 55 tons of milk is daily produced at the enterprise. It’s also planned to increase this indicator up to 65 percent and more,” the source noted.
The production facilities of Atena LLC are located in the Agjabadi city.
The company has its own farm and land.
