Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Agayeva / The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and the Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian do not plan to meet in Madrid during the 15th meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council, a Spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim said to journalists on 26 November.
The OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council meeting is expected to take place in Spain from 29 to 30 November. According to Ibrahim, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister plans to hold several bilateral meetings with the OSCE Secretary General, the Foreign Ministers of Finland and the Czech Republic, the US Deputy Secretary of State, and the GUAM Secretary General in Madrid. He is also expected to meet with the chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
