BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. Azerbaijan exported 408,662 tons of nitrogen fertilizers worth $89.9 million from January through September 2024.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Customs Committee (SCC) indicates that this is 78.3 percent ($39.5 million), or 209,954 tons (105 percent) more compared to the same period last year.
Notably, Azerbaijan’s revenue from nitrogen fertilizer (urea) exports from January through September 2023 amounted to 198,708 tons, valued at $50.4 million.
