BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. The Solidarity Hub at COP29, a joint pavilion of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Türkiye's Zero Waste Foundation, will be presented at the Green Zone of COP29, which will be held from November 11 to 22, Trend reports.
Thus, the two foundations - Azerbaijan and Türkiye - will join their efforts for the sake of sustainability and social development during the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
Green Zone at COP29 is a space that will bring together various stakeholders - a wide audience of participants, including the public and private sector, NGOs, media representatives, and Blue Zone officials.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Zero Waste Foundation are also committed to creating sustainable solutions by contributing to different spheres of society. The joint project at COP29 highlights the environmental and social responsibility activities of both foundations.
Along with educational, medical, social, and cultural projects, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's environmental protection initiatives are also welcomed in society. Activities in this field will be presented within the pavilion at COP29. An interactive zone related to projects in the fields of education, health, and the social sphere will be created.
The Zero Waste Foundation will present its projects in the fields of resource efficiency, waste management and recycling, environmental awareness programs, and innovative solutions on this platform.
