BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. Azerbaijan imported 16,106 tons of pharmaceutical products worth $393 million from January through September this year.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Customs Committee shows that this is 12.4 percent (or $55.8 million) in monetary terms and 25.96 percent (or 5,646 tons) less in quantitative terms than in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan exported $2.5 million worth of pharmaceutical products during the reporting period. This is 82 percent less than a year ago.
