TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, October 28. Uzbekistan produced 542,200 tons of oil from January through September 2024.
The data obtained by Trend from the country’s Statistics Agency shows that this indicator has decreased by 7.9 percent compared to the same month last year (585,100 tons in January-September 2023).
At the same time, the country’s production of oil decreased to 57,100 tons in September 2024, compared to 60,300 tons in August 2024.
Meanwhile, the country produced oil in the amount of 770,100 tons in 2023. This indicator has decreased by 2.2 percent year-on-year (787,800 tons in 2022).
Oil production in Uzbekistan peaked in May 2023 at 69,100 tons, while the lowest value was recorded in December at 60,800 tons.
