BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. Azerbaijan and Hungary have discussed opportunities for cooperation between financial sectors, Trend reports.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the deputy chairman of the CBA, Aliyar Mammadyarov, met with the deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Hungary, Barnabás Virág, within the framework of participation of the bank's delegation in the annual meetings.
At the meeting, it was expressed satisfaction with the existing cooperation relations between the central banks, as well as appreciation for the organization of joint trips for training and exchange of experience.
Moreover, during the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current economic ties between the countries, the macroeconomic situation, and opportunities for cooperation between the financial sectors.
