OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRMEN HAVE NO IDEA OF SO-CALLED FRAME AGREEMENT ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT

I have absolutely no idea of elaboration and presenting the draft Frame Agreement on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by the Dartmuth conference working group on regional conflicts to the OSCE Minsk group, the OSCE Minsk group Russian co-chairman, Yuri Merzlaykov told Trend.

He said, that he is not ready to discuss the issue, as we have got no documents from the working group of the Dartmuth conference. “At least, I have not seen any”, Merzlyakov added.

The “Regnum” agency reported the day before, that the American-Russian participants of the Dartmuth conference working group on regional conflicts sent the draft Frame Agreement on peaceful process in the region to the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs on the Nagorno-Karabkh conflict settlement.

The document, according to the agency, has been elaborated in Moscow during the 8-th round of the dialogue between the representatives of the public of Azerbaijan, Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh.

One of the conference participants, chairman of the Armenian Democratic party, Aram Sarkisyan reported it. According to him, the document
will shortly be submitted to the personal representative of the acting OSCE chairman, Andjey Kaspshik.
