State Border Service of Azerbaijan Discovers Narcotics Amounting to $120.000 in Azerbaijan’s District of Jalilabad

Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The Chief of Investigation Department of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, Azer Ibrahimov, said to press-conference on 5 November that narcotics amounting to $120.000 were discovered in Azerbaijan's district of Jalilabad.

According to him, as a result of operations by the Border Service on 3 November, 1kg 990g heroin and 3kg 910g opium were revealed in the car resident of Burovar village of Jalilabad district, Natig Agayev, born in 1974. The cost of the discovered heroine in the black market is $80.000 and $40.000.

The Car was detained in the highway from Jalilabad's village of Badamgaj to village of Satirli.

According to Ibrahimov, Agayev is teacher at school in the district. A criminal case has been filed against him. Agayev confessed during questioning that he received narcotics from the Iranian citizen.
