Germany, Berlin / Тrend corr A. Maharramli / The discussions over frozen conflicts in Berlin came to an end on 6 October. They were summed up by the chairman of the Monitoring Committee Lintner. He said that Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia, as the member of the Council of Europe which undertook obligations on peaceful settling of the conflicts, should continue such discussions. That will be an example to secure peace and security in the whole European continent, he said. A press conference took place after the event.
