Speaker of Georgian Parliament David Bakradze stated that "it is high time for Georgia and the United States to stop making statements and to take concrete steps." Thus, Bakradze commented the statement by Commander of the NATO Armed Forces on necessity to render aid to Georgia for its defense.

"There were made several statements on this mater after election of new administration in the United States and its time to stop making statements and to take steps," he said.

"These concrete steps and concrete spheres of cooperation were included in the Charter on strategic partnership, which the United States and Georgia inked recently. The time of the Charter has come," Bakradze added.
