Georgian vice-premier to attend Crans Montana forum

Georgian Vice-Premier and State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Giorgi Baramidze will leave for Belgium with a work visit on June 25. Baramidze will participate in the jubilee - 20th Crans Montana Forum to be held in Brussels on June 25.

The forum will focus on a policy and future of the EU, as well as, special attention will be paid to the international role of the EU and its policies toward the Eastern European countries, including Georgia.

During the speech, Baramidze will touch the consequences of the Georgian-Russian conflict, EU's role in its settlement, priorities of Georgia's action plan as part of the EU neighborhood policy, including simplification of visa regime and free trade with EU.

The vice prime minister will report on ongoing reforms in Georgia and areas of foreign policy.
