U.S. Ambassador to Georgia John Bass commented on the incident between the U.S. military and residents of Tbilisi occurred on Nov.2.
No one was injured as a result of the incident, Bass told journalists. According to Bass, at present relevant agencies are gathering data about the incident and at this stage it is too early to make any comment on this issue.
On Nov. 2, three drunken American soldiers insulted and fought with two Georgians in front of the Varazi hotel. According to eyewitnesses, one soldier slightly wounded the Georgian citizen.
A lawsuit was not filed into the case, the U.S. Embassy in Georgia told Trend .
