Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order annulling Decree No. 933 dated Sept. 27, 2003 on, "Measures to Eliminate Violations During Registration at Places of Residence and Stay of Foreign Citizens in Azerbaijan," and amending Presidential Decree No. 543, dated March 12, 2007, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
