OSCE is ready to send election monitoring mission to Georgian for local self-governments elections, "Alliance for Georgia" Party leader Viktor Dolidze said to conference, summing up his visit to Europe, Nov.24

According to Dolidze, he held meetings with senior officials including OSCE Secretary General in Budapest, Warsaw, and Vienna.

Despite its mission does not operate in Georgia, the organization pays much attention to the processes of democracy development in the country, therefore OSCE is prepared to open an office to monitor democracy processes, Dolidze said.

Alliance representative also noted that the meetings focused on Georgian security and formation of appropriate election environment in the country. "OSCE is ready to send not only short-term, but also long-term monitoring missions for local-self government elections. But this requires strong political will, so we call upon state leader to invite OSCE for elections," Dolidze said
