The Azerbaijani staff of the inter-governmental commission on cooperation in the economic and humanitarian spheres between Azerbaijan and St. Petersburg was approved by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's decree dated January 15. The Azerbaijani staff consists of the following individuals:

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has been charged to send the Russian side a corresponding notification about the Azerbaijani staff of the Intergovernmental Commission on Cooperation in the economic and humanitarian spheres between Azerbaijan and St. Petersburg.
