President Ilham Aliyev has today arrived on an official visit to Latvia, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
At the Riga international airport decorated with national flags of both counties, a ceremonial guard of honor was lined up in honor of the Head of State.
President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed by Latvia`s high-ranking state and government officials.
