On October 10, Azerbaijani delegation led by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov traveled to Ukraine to attend the meeting of Council of Foreign Ministers of GUAM - Organisation for Democracy and Economic Development, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's website reported.
The meeting is being held on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the organisation.
Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will chair and address the meeting. The Minister will also hold bilateral meetings during his trip.
