Azerbaijan has invited international organizations to observe the presidential elections in the country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan said on Thursday.
The next presidential election will be held in Azerbaijan on October 9, 2013.
According to Azerbaijan's Constitution, the president of Azerbaijan is elected for a five-year term through general, direct and equal elections, by free, private and secret voting.
