The Azercell Telecom Joint venture (JV) plans to invest $93, 572 000 in the communication field in 2006, the JV head Serdar Djanogullari said today at the news briefing, Trend reports.
According to him, these funds will be mostly directed to the companys subscribers network extension. В"Along with this, this year the company will go on to introduce new technologies, open Azercell EkspressВ" new offices, Djanogullari underlined.
The companys head said investments for the period from 2006 to 2008 are planned in the amount of $350 million, and till 2010 - $550 million. In 2005 Azercell Telecom invested $108 499 321 in the Azerbaijan telecommunications sphere.
