On Wednesday Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, sent a congratulatory letter to Parviz Musharraf, the Pakistani President, on the Pakistani national holiday. In his letter the Azerbaijani President expressed satisfaction with the level of the Azerbaijani-Pakistani relations, Trend reports.
The head of the country expressed assurance that development of the bilateral relations and cooperation in many spheres would make a contribution to wellfare of peoples.
Aliyev wished peace and prosperity to friendly people of Pakistan.
