The opening ceremonies of three infrastructure projects will take place this week in Masalli and Lankaran on July 18 and 19, the U.S. embassy in Baku told Trend.
These projects were made possible through a USAID-funded program managed by CHF International.
All of these projects were identified as priorities by the elected Community Development Councils of Guneshli, Uzuntepe and Veravul as part of USAIDs Community Development Activity program, a five-year, community-based program implemented by CHF International.
Residents of the three communities believe that these projects will improve their community infrastructure, providing better electricity and access for villagers and community members to markets, and social amenities such as schools and hospitals, the same source added.
