OSCE report on arsons at occupied Azeri grounds will be submitted to OSCE member-countries in Vienna  special envoy of acting OSCE chairman

OSCE-compiled report on arsons at occupied Azeri grounds was submitted to Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov and further to OSCE member-countries in Vienna and Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan, Trend reports quoting Andjey Kaprzik, special envoy of acting OSCE chairman.

The 7-page document says OSCE is eager to cooperate with official Baku in ecology sphere; it also provides the results of monitoring stating funds insufficiency for arsons prevention.

Tahir Tagizadeh, chief of press and information policy with Foreign Ministry, told Trend that Ministry had reviewed Andjey Kaprziks report and it confirms arsons at occupied grounds. The report concludes that the partiers in conflict do not have technical abilities to fight fires and international aid shall be provided. Tagizadeh also said several reasons for fires are stated in the report.
