A meeting has been held at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) with a delegation led by President of the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS), founder of Istanbul Aydin University, Prof. Mustafa Aydin.
Welcoming the guests, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov said that he was happy to see his Turkish colleague Mustafa Aydin again at Baku Higher Oil School. The rector informed the guests about the innovations implemented at BHOS, the university’s achievements, its international relations and the organization of the educational process at BHOS.
Expressing special gratitude to BHOS Rector for hospitality, Mustafa Aydin stressed the importance of promoting national and moral values among students. He said that this issue is very relevant in a rapidly changing globalizing world.
Rector Elmar Gasimov, in turn, stressed that the university pays special attention to this issue. He noted that all 33 BHOS teams that will take part in the Technofest 2022 festival, which will be held in Azerbaijan, have been given national names.
During the meeting, which was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the sides exchanged views on the possibilities for further cooperation.
Note that the EURAS was founded in 2008 in Istanbul. The organization unites more than 80 universities from Europe, Asia and Middle East.
