BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. The curtain has fallen on the adult gymnasts' competition at the European TeamGym Championship, making its debut in Baku, and the results are now in the bag, Trend reports.
On the second day of the tournament at the National Gymnastics Arena, 8 women’s teams took center stage, pulling out all the stops on the TeamGym floor, acrobatic track, and mini-trampoline.
The Swedish team came out on top, racking up a score of 53.950 points.
Iceland has made the cut for the final stage, racking up a solid 53.250 points, while Denmark is hot on their heels with 51.200 points. Concurrently, Norway is hanging in there with 48.750, where Great Britain is just a hair behind at 48.550, and Finland is trailing the pack with 47.900 points.
