BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. Finalists for the mixed teams at the 15th European TeamGym Championship, making their debut in Baku, have been announced, Trend reports.
At the National Gymnastics Arena, mixed teams from ten different countries went head-to-head, each trying to outshine the other in three distinct categories.
The Danish team came out on top, hitting the bullseye with a score of 58.000. Hot on their heels was the United Kingdom, clocking in at 52.500, followed closely by Sweden at 52.100. Iceland wasn’t far behind at 51.100, while Norway trailed with 49.300, and Italy rounded things out at 48.325. All of them are set to move on to the final round, ready to give it their all.
Earlier, women's teams took to the floor, with Iceland (53.250), Denmark (51.200), Norway (48.750), the United Kingdom (48.550), and Finland (47.900) also qualifying for the final.
