Azerbaijan reveals volume of housing construction allocations for Shukurbayli village

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. An additional 14.6 million manat ($8.59 million) is expected to be allocated for the construction of private residential houses in Shukurbayli village of Azerbaijan's Jabrayil district, Trend reports.

The Fund for the Social Development of Internally Displaced Persons conducted a tender in this regard.

The winner of the tender was "Tunnel-Metro Inshaat LLC".

Thus, during the foundation of Shukurbayli village, the construction of 93 single-story private houses for 1,042 families (635 families in the first phase) will cost 14.56 million manat ($8.56 million).

To note, the total projected area of the village is 298 hectares.

The facilities in the village will include a school, kindergarten, administrative building, community club, shopping center, medical point, mosque, guest house, etc.
